MaryDeath - BSOD (fan edit)

MaryDeath is a comic about life, death, and everything in between. The story follows a young girl named Mary who happens to have befriended Death. Why Death has chosen to take interest in Mary remains a mystery, but despite his ever dark presence Mary finds comfort in his companionship.

MaryDeath Comics was created in the 2010s by Gwen Tarpley, but Cats Cafe comics is her main effort now.

Edit notes

  • The artist made the MaryDeath series under her deadname before she transitioned; I contacted her how to handle it and she said it was OK to update the name.
  • I also changed it from a 1x3 horizontal to a 3x1 vertical, which looks a lot better on a cell phone.
  • In the original comic strips, Mary tries dyeing her hair and wearing darker clothes for a bit before reverting back to her original look. In the edit, I have Mary keep a modified darker look.
