It wouldn’t be the first time Epstein used a plane formerly used by the CIA, as he previously had used the planes that had been used to ship weapons to Nicaraguan contras, to ship lingerie for Lex Wexner’s businesses.
So the CIA gives its planes to other spooks.

What’s with the random equal signs instead of letters?
Some kind of old OCR software in the pipeline between first emergence of that text to the publication probably, with robot being overly enthusiastic with putting equation signs not really present in most human texts.
I don’t know what route these letters took and it’s kinda weird to digitize the originally digital text. Maybe they were put through some analog medium or image rasterization for some reason.

I assumed at first but the text at the bottom looks like a signature while it is also filled with = marks, and doesn’t at all look like something typed just once but inserted automatically.
Idk I’ve typoed= for backspace when distracted.
